Please have your serial number to hand when you call us. You will find it on a barcode sticker which will be:

  • Inside the drop-down flap at the bottom of the boiler, or
  • On the top of the boiler, or
  • Inside the main front panel

Contact Baxi Customer Support who will be able to organise for an engineer to come out and complete a service.

It's important to carry out a service annually as it is a requirement of your warranty. Failure to do so will void your warranty.

Please get in touch with your SLA or Housing Association who will be able to assist you in organising a service.
