Q. Are Potterton boilers ErP compliant and where can I find the product labels and fiches for Potterton boilers?

 

A. All current Potterton boilers manufactured from 1st September 2015, are ErP compliant.  The product labels and fiches can be downloaded from the individual product pages.

 

Q. How do Potterton boilers perform in SAP and how do they compare to other manufacturers?

 

A. All Potterton boilers are listed in the SAP Product Characteristics Database (PCDB) and can therefore easily be included in calculations. The seasonal efficiency figures for the Potterton range are very good and can assist in reaching compliance with overall dwelling emission targets; the Potterton Promax Ultra in particular attains exceptional heating and hot water efficiency. Q. I am working on a new build project, can Potterton provide the heating and hot water system designs where Potterton boilers are specified and how long does it take to receive the drawings?

 

A. Yes, NewDesign is a design department for all Potterton, Baxi and Heatrae Sadia products. We can offer a fully indemnified design as long as company products are specified. From full and final information the turnaround is a approximately 4 weeks. We can provide a design request form which has all the information you may need in order for us to accurately provide a full design. Q. Do you offer contract support with your Potterton boilers? 

 

A.  Contract support is available on the Potterton range on a project by project basis.   If you would like to know more please contact your BDM here.

 

Q. Where can Potterton boilers be purchased?

 

A. All National Merchants stock the Potterton range including Wolseley, Travis perkins, Grafton Group and Graham. They are also available from a number of independent merchants.

 

Q. What training courses are on offer and can these be tailored to my specific needs?

A. Find your nearest Baxi Genuine Parts stockist quickly here or by calling 0344 871 1545. Potterton does not sell spare parts directly to installers or the general public.
