What to do if your Potterton boiler is still under warranty
If your Potterton product is experiencing problems whilst still under warranty, please get in touch so that we can rectify the issue as quickly as possible.
If you're a homeowner with a Potterton product installed in your home, please get in touch with Baxi Customer Support who will be able to assist you with the issue.
When you call us, please have your serial number to hand. You will find it on a barcode sticker which will be:
- Inside the drop-down flap at the bottom of the boiler, or
- On the top of the boiler, or
- Inside the main front panel
We offer Protection Plans for Potterton boilers which are in or out of warranty. Our in-warranty Protection Plans cover your controls and central heating system against future problems, as well as including an annual service to ensure that your warranty is maintained.
If you're a social housing tenant and you're having problems with a Potterton product which is still under warranty, please get in touch with your landlord or Housing Association who will be able to assist you.
